Thyme lamb cutlets

Ingredients:

6 spring lamb cutlets

 

Ingredients to blend into paste (enough olive oil to form into creamy paste)

Fresh thyme

1 onion

Garlic (3 cloves)

Salt & pepper

Soya sauce

Olive oil

 

Marinate lamb cutlets with the above blended ingredients overnight

Spray some oil on the grill/pan and cook under high heat for 3 mins on each side
