Chilli Paste


Dry chillies 50g
4 whole garlics
4 red onions or 10 shallots
Thumbsize Ginger
4 stick lemon grass
Cup of water
Blend all the ingredients above together

 To prepare the chilli paste
  Heat 50 ml oil in a wok / pot
  Add in the chilli paste and stir in medium heat
  Add in 2 tbsp of chicken powder
  Add in 1 tsp of sugar
  Add in 2 spoonful of curry powder one at a time, mix well, and repeat the step
  The chilli paste is ready when it form a thicker paste
