Banoffee Pie

Ingredients
Pack of Oat biscuit / Digestive biscuit
50g unsalted butter, melted
397g nestle caramel / dulce de leche
3 large bananas, slice each about 1/2 cm thick
300g double cream
3 tbsp icing sugar


Add 2-3 biscuits at a time into a mixing bowl
Crush it finely using rolling pin
Pour in the melted butter into the biscuit and mix well


Spread the crusted biscuit into springform tin
Press it even and firmly with a spatula
Leave the biscuit base in the fridge for 30 mins to let the base set


Pour the caramel onto the biscuit base
Layer with banana slices
Mix icing sugar with double cream and whip it until soft thicken
Spread the cream on top of the banana layer



Sprinkle some grated chocolate for decoration
Alternatively, dust with cocoa powder
